    Can I preview before purchase?

    Our artists spend hours drawing each portrait - so it is impossible to provide a preview before ordering.

    Once you complete your purchase we will send your artwork for preview in 1-2 business days. You can ask for unlimited revisions until you absolutely love how it looks.

    What can you customize?

    Almost anything
    We can change your hair length, color, remove glasses, add makeup, etc.

    If you are not happy after viewing the preview of the portrait you can ask for revisions - we do unlimited modifications free of charge! Should you decide even after several modifications that you are not happy with the result, we will of course respect your decision. In that case, please write to our customer support so we can reach the best solution for you.

    Once you have received the portrait and you are not satisfied with it you may return it to us in the original packaging within 30 days after receiving it to receive a printed cost full refund. Please get in touch with us for a return address.

    Production & shipping times

    First of all, your drawing will be carefully drawn in 2-3 days. We will send it to you by e-mail for your approval. After you approve your drawing, we start the printing process from our printing centers in USA, EU, AU, whichever is closest to you. The printing process usually takes 2-3 days. After your product is printed, it will be shipped quickly.

    We ship & print locally out of one of five locations across the US&AU&EU. Reducing transportation distances allows us to cut carbon emissions to a minimum & you receive your portrait in record-breaking time.
