I received a canvas that was not my Simpsonize Me order. I have been emailing for over a week trying to get an answer and my correct canvas, but I still have not received an answer or any type of solution for my issue. The customer service has not been helpful, and I have been waiting since May for this canvas to give to a friend for his retirement. I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
The final product turned out great! They were very helpful in making changes to the initial drawing to get closer to the spirit of the person in the image. The whole process was done quickly, allowing me to get my (last minute) gift on time. I was very happy and would recommend!

Finally convinced my bestie to get simpsonized with me! Our couch potato game is strong and im living for how they drew our matching smiles. That retro phone on the side table is such a mood (even tho we never use it lol).
Absolutely love how they captured my son's playful energy! That cheeky grin while he's spinning the basketball and keeping the soccer ball close is so him. The retro touches in his room - that old-school phone and sailing picture - make it feel just like home. Such a precious moment to keep 💙
